TH Supports a norm of radical honesty
Radical Honesty is the belief that people should overwhelmingly favour honesty in social interactions.
This broadly includes the belief that we shouldn’t lie to protect people’s emotions (white lies): “you look fantastic in that dress” or “no, mum, your chilli tastes amazing”
This does not necessitate telling the truth in very extreme cases, e.g. telling an axe murderer where a child is hiding.
